PROJECT OVERVIEW
Individual Homes, Distinctive Architecture
Developed over nearly three decades, this collection reflects Process International Group's work in private residential architecture in Dubai. Bardia Azizi worked as a designer across all the projects within his family-owned practice. The team delivered complete villa design, including architecture, interiors, landscape, and pools, and supervised every project through construction.
The clients' shared priority was a luxurious living environment, while each home called for its own architectural response. The custom house design balanced the organisation of usable space with careful studies of building volumes. Rather than following a single repeated form, the villas explore a range of compositions, from curved glazing and layered facades to angled planes and sculptural entrance structures.

Built Expressions of Modern Luxury
The selected photographs show completed exteriors alongside construction-stage views. White geometric volumes, expansive glazing, curved surfaces, and angular compositions reveal the collection's varied architectural language. These views connect the design ideas to their built expression, showing how distinctive forms were developed into individual homes.

Luxury Shaped by Space and Form
The home concept design began with two connected priorities: creating effective spaces for daily life and giving each villa a recognisable character. Postmodern influences encouraged variation and expressive details, while deconstructivist studies introduced intersecting planes and unconventional geometry. Complete design across architecture, interiors and outdoor spaces allowed these ideas to be considered as part of one residential environment.
For this collection, design before building a house meant resolving spatial planning and architectural form together, then carrying those decisions through construction supervision. Luxury was considered through the experience of the spaces as well as the appearance of the building.
