PROJECT OVERVIEW
Expressive Architecture for Living
Georgia Villas were developed in 2018 at Process International Group for Dr. Azizi, comprising 12 villas in Tbilisi. Bardia Azizi led a team of 10 architects, overseeing the masterplan and villa interiors while directing concept development, 3D rendering and animation. The project remained at the design stage.
The design brings together two priorities: clear circulation and expressive building volumes. Circulation diagrams helped shape the spatial organisation, while studies of the volumes explored a deconstructivist language with postmodern influences. The illustrated villas use angled planes and contrasting shapes to establish individual identities within the development.
PROJECT GALLERY
Sculptural Forms and Colourful Living Spaces
The gallery presents four villa designs from Georgia Villas, pairing exterior views with selected interiors. Angled facades, large glazed openings, sculptural staircases, and bright accents show how the architectural character extends into spaces envisioned for daily living.
A HOME DESIGNED AROUND YOU
Your lifestyle, site, and priorities guide one cohesive concept you can see and refine before construction.
DESIGN APPROACH
Expressive Forms with Clear Circulation
The design process developed the masterplan and circulation diagrams alongside studies of the building volumes. Movement through the development informed the relationships between the villas. Deconstructivist geometry gave the villas their angular compositions, while postmodern influences encouraged playful contrasts and colour.
The intended result is a development with a strong visual identity and spaces that are easy to understand and move through. In the villa visualizations, daylight, open living areas and colourful details suggest a contemporary domestic experience. The interior studies bring a human scale to the larger architectural forms.
